How to order

You can order directly from our website and pay on-line securely through PAYPAL
Simply add items to the shopping cart and checkout when you have completed your selection

If you require multiple units of the same item please email us first to check availability!

Out of Stock items / Special Order items

Occasionally demand out-strips supply and an item you have ordered may be out of stock, we give you an option to wait for item to be made (time will be quoted)refund or replace with an alternative item of equal value.

Special order items - customized item will be given a time line according to the item 

Your order may be shipped in separate shipments to speed up the delivery process

Payment

We accept payment through PAYPAL
 



If you would like to pay by Postal order or cash you must first submit your order by email via the contact us page.
We will then send you your order total and the address details to submit your payment.
Please note - Orders will only be reserved for a maximum time of 7 calendar days.


Delivery
 

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment receipt but in extreme cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class recorded & Special Delivery in the UK. Overseas shipments are via Royal Mail Air Mail & Registered Air Mail if preferred

All item will be package keep them protected this may reflect in the p&p Price.


Postage

Online ordering is currently for the UK only, however International customers can place orders via email.
Our standard United Kingdom delivery prices are stated on each product...
International buyers should email for a shipping quote.

im also offering via courier options buy anything and pay £3.99 for delivery to use this option pay as normal i will refund the difference. if the price of postage is less then £3.99 it will be sent as standard via royal mail. You will also be given a traking number which you can use online to see were to package is.

   if you have bought smaller amount of item and the postage does not add up to the reqired amount please state on payment you would like to use the courier and i will invoice you for the remaining amount. Please allow 2- 5 days for delivery

 



Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns for hygiene on earrings and underwear.You must first contact us with details of your order and request a Returns Authorisation code.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
We only REFUND the price of the product and not any shipping or handling charges.
